Our Snugside crate bed in Ripstop has been designed for ultimate versatility providing comfort and durability both inside and outside your pet's crate. The SnugSide has been made to fit standard crate sizes and features soft, bolstered walls on two sides to provide a supportive back and head rest, and to help protect against draughts.

Made from tough, water-resistant 380 denier Ripstop fabric, this bed is built to withstand the rigors of everyday use. Inside is our unique blend of Recycled PET (made from post consumer plastics) and Australian memory foam flakes. It's brilliant at retaining its loft and can be topped up over time if needed.

For added comfort and luxury, the SnugSide Crate bed is also available in water-resistant plush options.

Ripstop fabric is a durable fabric that is made using a special reinforcing technique that makes it resistant to tearing and ripping. It's often used in making products for the outdoors such as sails, tents, sleeping bags, flags and banners to name a few. It will stand up well to dogs that are tough on their beds but it is not indestructible. If your dog chews or scratches destructively, no soft dog bed will be a match for them.

Crate Mat Fit Guide

Our SnugSide Crate Beds are designed to sit inside your crate's tray/base and therefore may sit a couple of centimetres off each side wall.

Trays have slightly raised edges and many have curved corners, so beds are intentionally a little narrower than crates for an easy, snug fit across standard-sized crates.

How to measure

• Measure the usable floor area inside the tray (length x width).
• If your tray has curved corners, measure width and length at the narrowest points where the curve begins.
• Pick the mat size that matches or is up to 1-3 cm smaller than your tray measurements.
• Between sizes? Choose the smaller size for the easiest fit.
