Formulation Highlights:

This allows trainers to tailor grain type and quantity, optimising each horse’s diet to meet individual energy demands and performance targets.
  • TARGETED RACING NUTRITION: Formulated to meet the specific nutritional demands of racing and high-performance horses, Powatorque® supports energy production, muscle recovery and tissue resilience under the stress of intense work. The inclusion of bioavailable silicon may support optimal bone development.
  • PREBIOTICS AND PROBIOTICS: Powatorque® includes prebiotics to help support natural immune defences, critical for horses in heavy work. The added probiotics support healthy hindgut function, promoting efficient fermentation, nutrient absorption and energy conversion.

*Intended as a guide only, all variables should be taken into consideration. Horses must be provided with a suitable source and quantity of roughage alongside Powatorque®.

Powatorque® is a concentrated racing or high performance horse feed. Additional grain can be added alongside to meet energy requirements and maintain optimal condition.

Feeding Tips:

  • Introduce Powatorque® to your horse's diet gradually over a 7-14 day period.
  • Feed by weight and not by volume.
  • Feed a minimum of 1.5% of your horse's body weight daily as roughage.
  • Horses have a small stomach, so feed little and often.
  • Ensure horses have access to clean water.
  • Do not add additional vitamins or minerals unless directed by a veterinarian or nutritionist.
  • Adjust feed intake according to age, breed, appetite, activity level, climate and body condition.
