Lupins are a valuable source of protein and fibre that can enhance a horse's daily ration. Highly digestible, high protein fibre topper for any equine diet. Micronisation is a high temperature process using infra-red energy to gelatinise the starches in the lupins and eliminate any anti-nutritional factors while locking in the nutrient value of the lupin.

Feeding Guide:

• Add 400 grams of Feed Rite Micronised Lupins per 100 kg of live weight per day.
• Gradually introduce Feed Rite Micronised Lupin flakes into your horse's diet over a 7-14 day period.
• Add to one of Feed Rite's other fortified feeds of choice.
• Always measure feed by weight, not volume.
• Provide at least 1.5% of your horse's body weight in roughage each day.
• Feed Rite Micronised Lupins can be fed straight from the bag-no soaking or cracking needed.
• Reduce the feeding rate by 30% when replacing raw lupins with Micronised Lupins in your horse's diet.
