Let's talk about skin barriers. A healthy one provides protection from allergens, germs and chemicals. But when dogs have sensitive skin, allergies and infections, the skin barrier can be damaged, leading to an ongoing cycle of dryness, itching and inflammation.
This fragrance-free, no rinse conditioner helps moisturise and protect the skin barrier with ingredients like sphingolipids and phospholipids (yes, we know they sound like another language, but the skin will understand). And being a conditioner, it'll also make your dog's coat soft and tangle-free. What's not to love?

What's special about our Sensitive Leave in Conditioner?
This fragrance-free, extra nourishing moisturiser helps smooth and soften the skin. Suitable for use on dogs with sensitive skin and allergies, this no-rinse conditioner will also help prevent knots and tangles, leaving the coat shiny and soft. Always remember to use a leave in conditioner after rinsing, wiping and washing.
The 6 signs of a damaged skin barrier:
- Dry, flaky skin
- Itching/chewing/licking
- Hair loss
- Redness
- Oozing
- Abnormal odour
Proper skincare, including moisturising and protection from environmental stressors, will help maintain a robust skin barrier and a healthy coat.
How to use?
- Wet palms and apply a pea-sized amount to your hand (use a little more for bigger dogs).
- Rub palms together and use fingers to spread through the coat, just like you would with your own hair products. Once evenly spread, gently massage down to the skin for maximum effectiveness.
- Brush coat thoroughly after application to help disperse product.
- Add more conditioner if needed, especially for extra dry areas.
- No need to rinse out.
Allow to dry naturally or follow with a gentle blow dry for those with thicker coats. Apply conditioner after rinsing, washing, or wiping. If the skin is itchy, red, oozing, or painful, visit your veterinarian. We always recommend patch-testing on an area of normal skin first.
