Delta-Lite Plus is a premium rigid fiberglass casting tape from Essity/BSN Medical, designed for primary and secondary orthopedic casting applications. It provides strong fracture immobilisation while remaining lightweight, breathable, and easy to apply.

This water-activated casting tape cures quickly, with a setting time of approximately 3–5 minutes and full weight-bearing strength reached within around 20 minutes. Its tack-free formula allows clinicians to mould the cast comfortably using standard examination gloves, helping reduce mess and sticking during application.

Delta-Lite Plus also offers excellent conformability, allowing it to stretch and shape easily around complex anatomical contours. Once applied, it produces a smooth finish that helps prevent snagging on clothing or bedding, improving overall patient comfort.
