Osmotic Gel

The Osmotic Gel assists in the management of:

• Hoof problems
• Mild laminitis
• Minor wounds
• Bruising
• Swelling
• Inflammation
• Mild sprains
• Muscular aches and pains

The components of the gel are described below:

• The removal of excess fluid relieves pressure: As pressure around damaged tissue falls, fresh tissue fluids can move into the area, bringing the protective blood cells, oxygen and nutrients necessary to resist infection and support natural healing.
• Melaleuca Oil (Melaleuca Alternifolia): Martindale's Pharmacopoeia notes that melaleuca oil is reported to have bactericidal and fungicidal properties and is used in the treatment of various skin disorder.
• Lavender Oil (Lavandula Augustifolia): Herbal medicine references report that Lavender Oil demonstrates strong antiseptic and anti-inflammatory actions.
• Arnica (Arnica Montana): Martindale's Pharmacopoeia reports that Arnica is used as a tropical application in conditions such as strains and bruises.

A bottle of 200mL allows for multiple application. Recommended use:

• Wounds: 20ml twice daily for 5 treatments
• Stone Bruising: 40ml twice daily for 5 treatments.
• Cellulitis / Shin Soreness: 40ml twice daily for 5 treatments.
