Can this wheat be used to sow and grow wheat?

According to the manufacturer "Some customers will sprout the wheat and feed it to their chickens. For seed grain that growers use, it is normally graded to ensure a very high germination rate. I can’t guarantee our wheat for planting but expect they would get a good result"

In other words, we would expect this wheat to germinate at reasonable rate to satisfy most backyard growers, but it will likely not germinate at the rate that farmer seed does.
