AMP 5 Will cause dilation of blood vessels allowing increased blood flow to muscle and heart tissue. Helps to prevent muscle cramp, fatigue and "tying up".

Composition: Adenosine 5'-monophosphate 200 mg/mL.
Actions: Produces marked coronary vasodilatation and improved myocardial cell perfusion.
Indications: Production of coronary vasodilatation in anticipation of severe cardiac load in athletic animals or in treatment of myocardial oxygen deficit (as evidenced by performance linked ECG changes). Muscle cramp, 'tying up' prevention.
Contraindications: Intravenous administration.
Withholding Periods: Meat. Horses: 28 days.
Adverse Reactions: Intravenous administration will produce a profound fall in blood pressure and possible ataxia and collapse.
Dosage and Administration: Administer by intramuscular only. Give two: one 24 hours before and again four to six hours before strenuous exercise. Horses. 2.5 mL/100 kg. Dogs. 0.5 mL/10 kg
